Directions
I am located at 52 Center Street in Portland, Maine, which is the building directly across the street from Brian Boru. I’m on the 3rd floor, which you get to by the wooden stairs on the outside of the left side of the building. That brings you to the 2nd floor, and the stairs to the 3rd floor are just inside the door. There is a small waiting area inside the suite, so let yourself in.
Parking
The building lot is permitted, so please don’t park there. There is plenty of open metered street parking nearby, particularly on Spring St across from the Civic Center, as well as on Pleasant St. There are two parking garages very close by; the Holiday Inn by the Bay, and the municipal lot attached to the Cross Insurance Arena. Both of these lots charge $2-$3 per hour.
Confidentiality
I maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding my clients. I will never reveal any personal information relating to any client, except at the specific request of the client.
Fee-Only Structure
I charge strictly by the hour, which ensures that I only give advice which is in my clients’ best interests. My fiduciary responsibility in every instance is solely to my client; I do not recommend any specific insurance or investment products and do not receive any commissions or other sources of revenue.
